This cozy cottage is located in a quiet residential area just 500 meters from the sandy beach Deveses. The interior is comfortable and practical, but all the necessary installations for a relaxing vacation are available. The open kitchen with bar and large living / dining room with open fireplace invite you to cozy get-together at every season. The house has central heating and internet connection and is therefore very suitable for couples to spend the winter - ask for our monthly prices from November to March. A magnificent terrace around the house, partially covered, offers all day sun. A dining table and a portable grill is ideal for al-fresco dining. The house has no swimming pool but is recommended by its proximity to the beach even in summer. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are not far away and can be reached on foot.
